Refund policy

At Wicks & Works Collective, we value our customers more than anything. If you're unhappy with any product, you can return it to us! For refunds, all items bought at Wicks & Works Collective returned within 30 days from the day of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Item must be in undamaged and unused condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping and its cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

If any item arrives broken, please contact us at contact@wicksandworkscollective.com with photos of items upon receiving and we can issue a replacement or refund.
